I had a lovely experience at Urban Rose. The environment is welcoming and clean. The quality of the pedicure was great and the service was professional. I will definitely return for treatments in the future.

Received an email saying the appointment time had changed to two hours earlier than I booked without even being contacted. Then, even though I emailed and said I would be at work at this time, I still received a phone call at the earlier time given asking where I was and when I would be there. Then after I rushed to get there after the phone call they were not even ready to start my treatment. The wax took a lot longer and was more painful than other waxes and was not as thorough.
