I am a regular customer to the shop. I was appalled the way my nails have come out. My cuticles are damaged. The nail varnish was awfully put on. I emailed them more than once I have been ignored now which is highly unprofessional as I’m a regular customer and I spent £110 in there. I would like a full refund back. I would never go back to the shop.
