Received an email saying the appointment time had changed to two hours earlier than I booked without even being contacted. Then, even though I emailed and said I would be at work at this time, I still received a phone call at the earlier time given asking where I was and when I would be there. Then after I rushed to get there after the phone call they were not even ready to start my treatment. The wax took a lot longer and was more painful than other waxes and was not as thorough.

I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Staff were all very attentive and I would highly recommend Urban Rose Wembley to anyone in the area looking for beauty treatments.
First time here. Lovely place, great massage and pedicure. A nice addition to Wembley Park. Slightly expensive but the treatments are very good and a full hour 😊
