Loved the whole experience and the manicure was excellent. My daughter came with me and had her first manicure and everyone was so kind to her.
Manicure
Not a great experience. They couldn’t find my booking at first. Had my underarm wax which was ok. Afterwards had to stand around waiting for my next treatment as the person that had been assigned to do my manicure had been assigned to someone else while i was getting waxed.
Decided to get my manicure elsewhere - best decision ever! Chiswick High Street is full of nail places and the place I went to was excellent. Professional, and did a great job (and they were cheaper)! So a win in the end.
