Alex, who carried out my manicure, was brilliant. Just in love with my nails and was always helpful and asked me if I was happy with my nails at every stage. It was quick, but very satisfying manicure and definitely worth the money.
The salon is bright and comfortable and staff are lovely.
Only small downside for me was one of the other girls working there, who asked me quite rudely if I could sit differently (I was sitting as close to the table as possible already) as she would need to sit to do someone else’s nails. No need to be rude and unfortunately it meant for me to sit sideways on the table, which wasn’t comfortable anymore and kind of decreased my happiness with the place.
I will be back however, as the treatment itself and Alex were great!

Urban rose beauty looks beautiful and clean. I got my eyebrows threaded and they were done okay, she just didn’t really ask me how I wanted them and I missed a bit of friendliness from the staff. Overall it was pretty good!
