The venue is very chic and clean and has a good ambience. The staff were professional. However, the wax was way too hot, despite me telling the technician this. Also, the job was patchy. It was not a painful experience compared to previous places I have visited, but I was not happy with the overall result. My skin feels scalded and bruised. After reading previous reviews about how good the waxing was at this venue, I must say I am quite disappointed. I am hoping this was an isolated case as it would be a shame not to visit again.
