I was recommended to try cupping as an alternative to traditional massage due to my shoulder and back ache.
I work all day by a desk and even with ergonomic table and chair have a tendency of getting very tight shoulders which then cause a regular headache.
I was sceptical that a 20-30 minute treatment would work but was amazed to see that it did.
After 20+min of treatment my shoulder/back pain was gone.
The treatment itself was so relaxing I had a 20minute nap and felt very refreshed all day.
High recommendation, only takes 20 min and doesn't cost and arm and a leg.
Booked in for weekly afterwork sessions.

I had my 15 minute consultation and 30min Acupuncture treatment with Clare.
As someone who is afraid of needles I felt at easy as soon as I arrived to the studio - what a calm, beautiful space.
Clare showed me different ways of accessing the acupoints from pressure to needles and then gave a me a choice of treatment - whatever I was comfortable with.
I had ear acupuncture, as I could not see the needles (made it easier) .
I had a great 20 min nap tucked under a warm weighted blanket with an eye pillow and some sombre music.
Hight recommendation:
Short treatment was as effective as an 60min one and cost half the price.
Already booked in on a bi-weekly basis.
Would give 6 stars.

Cupping 30min
My first dry cupping session ever. Wasn't sure what to expect.
Unbelievably efficient treatment for just 30 minutes.
Clare (Acu Gates) explained the process and showed how the cups work beforehand and was gentle and knowledgeable throughout the process.
My shoulder and back tension melted away and I managed the fall asleep as the setting was so peaceful.
Definitely coming back for cupping on a regular basis (no needles involved as I am afraid of them:)
The studio is a beautiful Scandi inspired space, with just one treatment room (no distraction from other practitioners or customers).
