I had such a wonderful experience at urban soul with Sara. She was very welcoming, friendly, and I felt at ease immediately. I explained an area of my back that was ‘sensitive’ and Sara was very good to attend to that area just the right amount without bothering, which many have done before! The heated blanket on the bed was such a great touch too! Loved it, will definitely be going back and highly recommend. Thank you Sara!
