Definitely one of the best massage clinics in London! After just one session, I could feel a noticeable improvement in my long-term back and shoulder pain. I had 90 minute sports massage at Urban Therapy, and it turned out to be one of the best I've ever had. I regularly incorporate massages into my gym routine, and this one left my back and shoulders feeling much much lighter. I'll definitely be coming back weekly from now on. Highly recommend!
