I had an amazing deep tissue massage at Urban Therapy. The therapist was very professional and really understood where my tension was coming from. She focused on the areas that needed the most attention without making the treatment feel rushed. I left feeling much lighter and more mobile. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had in London.
