The perfect escape from the city bustle. I wasn't sure which style to choose, so the 'multi-technique' option was perfect. They used warm stones to prep the muscles and then went in with some targeted deep tissue. I felt like a new person walking back out onto the street!

I’ve been to many spots in the city, but Urban Therapy is on another level. I booked a multi-technique session and my therapist was incredible. She blended myofascial release with rhythmic Swedish strokes, perfectly balancing clinical results with total relaxation. My chronic shoulder pain is finally gone. Highly recommended!
