As well as being very professional Karen is also most welcoming and friendly. I have never been disappointed with my treatments and I know I can depend on a great result every time I visit the salon. I have now been a client at Urban Vanity for more than15 years. The salon is attractive, very comfortable and has a relaxing atmosphere. No complaints whatsoever!
