Staff were perfectly nice. Unfortunately, despite it taking an hour the LVL treatment made absolutely no difference to my lashes at all. They have not been curled and only a few appear to have been dyed. Very disappointed and complete waste of £40. Really I would like to go in and ask for a refund but I don’t enjoy conflict.
