The massage pressure was too great. I asked her to try to be less firm but she said I had knots. Even where there weren’t knots it was too firm and the pressure of the stones over my lower leg bones ( without knots) hurt. It wasn’t therapeutic or relaxing.

Second time I have visited Urelax, and I love it. I have a lot of stress at the moment, which is causing lots of knots and stiffness in my neck, shoulders and back. My therapist worked wonders, my neck moved better, no headaches and My posture was better. I will defo be returning again soon
