O’ my therapist on this visit, was thorough in identify my existing injuries and proceeded to work on these areas with expertise, applying the precisely the correct pressure to work out the stress in the muscle’s. I left the treatment room in a far better state than I arrived and I can highly recommend URelax and especially O’ as a highly skilled therapist.

This was the first massage I’ve had and have to say it was amazing for removing the knots in my back, neck and shoulders and hopefully in time will reduce my headaches. I’ll be booking my next appointment very soon
