I called to try and rearrange or cancel as I was taken ill suddenly a few hours before, they spoke to me and said they’d call me back to discuss but they never did - assuming I won’t be allowed to rearrange or a refund. Quite disappointed as I would’ve loved some communication! I understand if I wasn’t able to get a refund but would’ve loved to talk options - I just felt ignored.
