Arti is absolutely lovely and cares about how you’re feeling during the wax. I will say this is one of the more painful waxes I’ve had and I’ve had a lot. The wax is ripped off slowly. Arti did give me the opportunity to inspect the wax to make sure all was to my liking, but I just wanted to get out of there at that point, I couldn’t take any more.
