I chose Urooj’s because it is one of the very few ladies’ beauticians who offer haircuts and colour where hijabies can feel comfortable.

Urooj was the receptionist and she kindly gave directions as I got lost on my way there. The lady who gave the massage itself was pleasant and cooperative. She adapted regarding my hand injury; she also worked on my shoulders and back very well... My main issue was that olive oil of cooking quality was used for the massage. Had I known, I would take my own almond or coconut oil with essential oils added. The floor was tiled and cold but with no rug between either treatment beds.
