Paid for a treatment and haircut. Got the haircut but no treatment just regular shampoo and conditioner with no leave in time. Disappointing to not receive something you have paid for

Really nice salon - very professional - and great hair cut. A couple of negatives on procedure - I'm not sure the Treatwell bookings coincide with their internal booking system as they werent expecting me when I arrived. Also, the prices are cheaper in the salon itself than on here.
Hair Colouring
Overall, a good massage, shame it was interrupted half way through by the therapist having to wheel a treatment machine into the room next door for another client.
