I enjoyed the treatment. The therapist is friendly and professional. She gave me a very good mini massage on my back too.

Nice welcome and no problem to take me in earlier as she was available. Friendly staff, well done Hollywood and very clean place

Long waiting time followed by being left alone during treatment without any proper communication, while the staff was too busy having joking around with each other. They clearly did not value my time or me as a customer. The hair cut and style was good, but unfortunately not a good experience for me.
