Having prebooked my slot for a haircut I arrived at the salon to find my booking wasn't showing but it was fine in end and was able to have my hair cut, which was badly needed! Ursula was very friendly and energetic, it was refreshing to come across a hairdresser who actually talked(!) and was funny - I felt very comfortable with her and her team and had lovely cup of tea.
Though I was bit disappointed to not be asked how I wanted hair dried - whether wavy or straight as was hoping for bit of volume and bounce but not too 60s(!) so in end I did ask for bit of volume at back and Ursula kindly back combed the back to give a bit of oopmh.
Overall experience was good.
