Totally different to the same facial I had here last time - no steaming, no machine and mainly just gentle massage....no result, a bit disappointed.

I have nothing but praise for this salon, Ursula and her team makes you feel very welcome and provide a great service. It has taken me a long time to find a hairdresser I'm truly happy with and trust until now. My hi-lights and colour were perfect and I have had many comments on how good they look. I now visit every two weeks for one of her amazing bouncy blow dry's. Highly recommended!!

Ursula T hair and beauty: I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received here and have never in all these years been given this sort of treatment or service. I went in for half-head highlight and cut. I had spoken to the hairdresser about the colour I wanted and I showed her a picture. She applied bleach to lighten my hair first and said she will keep checking to make sure it does not become too light. Instead she started dealing with other customers and cutting other customers hair etc. The bleach had become too light so a toner had to be applied. I was hesitant when I saw the colour but she reassured me that when dry it will be fine. She then curled it and I left the salon and it was dark. The next day in the daylight the colour looked very blond and too light. I rang the manager for assistance who said she cannot help unless i pay more money and then said she will call me back as she is busy. I got a call back from the lady who sits at the reception who started shouting and screaming down the phone to me and spoke over me I was extremely suprised at this. I then spoke to the manager and was in tears. For the behaviour i had experienced i was so upset. But the manager said I have to pay. The next day I straightened my hair and realised the cut was not straight either. I tried to complain to the manager about the service and asked for help but she argued with me that everyone was polite and that I need to pay money for my colour to be corrected. Extremely unhappy and am not going to go there again
