i would definitely recommend Ursula to my friends, she was welcoming and friendly and I left looking very trendy thanks to her persuading me to try a slightly different look! the massage chair for getting my hair washed was a real treat too.
The only negative I have is that my appointment was booked for 11 and I had to wait 40 mins to be seen, the beautician then took another 15 mins to set up. I was booked for a pedicure and manicure which was very well done.
Came with my daughter for some treatments. When we arrived, the atmosphere was very welcoming. Ursula is the owner and very friendly lady. Best colour I've had, semi pernament but very healthy for the hair. The leaflet wasn't lying!
I had a manicure and my daughter had gel. She's very picky but was very pleased with the colour. Salon has 2 floors! The massage in the basement looks so lovely, honestly top qality bed and treatment for low price! I'm middle aged but left feeling like a new woman. The prices are the best in the area, i have returned and recommended, and my friends have been pleased with their results too.
I had a gel manicure, it wasn't perfect but still a better job than I can do. Staff aren't the most welcoming but friendly enough
Was not amazingly impressed with this salon, when I arrived after booking through wahanda, the lady did not have record of my appointment. Then after getting my hair washed, a lady came in to get her son's hair cut, which my hairdresser who was the only one there started to do. I waited in the massage chair for 30 mins and being quite heavily pregnant it was not comfortable. The hair cut was not entirely what I asked for but was too tired to ask to change. I now need to have it done again. Will not be visiting again.
