Conflicting experience, I go quite regularly but sometimes I feel it can be rushed and some of the techs can be rough on my hands.. I book appointments and pay before.. I really don’t like that they are always late, seems like they value walk ins over people who book. That being said, the girls are really nice and it’s a clean venue, generally the nails are quite nice but they really need to improve their timekeeping as I’m paying for their time… I don’t like giving my time for free.
