Zenab was lovely but unfortunately her technique was very harsh and painful. She started by ripping each of my cuticles by yanking skin off with blunt clippers. She realised she had damaged a couple of the cuticles and put some liquid on but 3 days later I now have really sore cuticles and several scabs forming, My hands are now really sore. Also I feel that she was very aggressive when she sanded off the existing gel resulting now in weak finished gel nails prone to bending and splitting.
