The practitioner kept hurting me with pile until I started bleeding and was just repeating “sorry” instead of changing technique. I left with patchy nail polish and I basically need to redo my nails all over now. Horrible

The manicure itself looks great, but the experience for me was tainted by the fact that the staff were late for opening the shop for my 10am appointment and by a misunderstanding about my treatment. I had booked a regular manicure and said as such to LingLing when I first sat down. However,when it was finished, another lady informed me that I’d had a shellac manicure and to pay an extra £10 on top of what I’d paid already. Clearly this was a communication issue & should have been handled better.

What I hot really was something I can easily do myself. It’s not the type of feel “oh i treated myself” the nail polish already fell off on all the edges I spent more time on the dryer machine than actually my nails were done...
