I went on Saturday 15th and I did SNS manicure as they said it lasts longer than gel and as well is more expensive but I went for it. It supposed to last three weeks and after literally 6 days the manicure was spoiled. I called and explained the situation and they told me to go there. When I went yesterday, they want to charge me again saying that it has been almost two weeks since and I was explaining that was not two weeks, that was literally 9 days since I went and they started to get spoiled before that. I even said that I wouldn't mind to pay part of it but obviously I thought was unfair to pay the full amount, after she still saying that was already weeks and I keep showing her my booking on the 15 th so I left and have to go and do them elsewhere. I called to complaint and they told me they will call me back but they never did, so really disappointed.

Venue wasn’t very clean and the nail equipment was taken out of a dirty looking bag rather than in the blue cleaning fluid - this concerned me greatly that equipment wasn’t been cleaned properly between customers. Person doing my nails only had their mask covering the mouth and not the nose which also made me feel uncomfortable.

I really don't like my nails, they are uneven, bumpy and this is notthe colour I wanted. I told them about the shape but they haven't fixed it. Also they changed the extra options prices every time I come. Unfortunately Iwon't coming back there.
