good manicure although French rather than American style as booked . staff (same as last visit) put pressure on to pay more/upgrade . even muttering about money again at end, despite explaining i'm happy w my choice several times.not sure about this.

I asked for my nails to be shorter than I have asked for before, but I asked them to be the same length as my fingers. But some of them were shorter (so very short). When pointed out, the technician just said not to worry, they will grow out in a couple of week. You don't spend £40 for nails that don't look right straight away.

The place was quite disorganized, didn’t know who was booked for which staff and made my friend wait while a staff finished with someone else. Staff were very pushy with extra services that cost extra and also pushy for certain colours. The nail painting wasn’t great as the therapist didn’t paint all the way to the cuticle so it looked like the manicure had already grown out by a week.
