One of the worst experiences I’ve had. They were running 25 minutes late but no one apologised to me, I had to ask how long it’d be after waiting 10 mins. When they finally got to me it was so rushed that a 1 hr treatment took exactly 22 mins. The lady doing the treatment was rushing with the tools such as the electric filer which make me anxious and was painful as she caught my skin several times. All around would not recommend at all. Lady next to me seemed to be having a similarly bad time.
