The place was quite disorganized, didn’t know who was booked for which staff and made my friend wait while a staff finished with someone else. Staff were very pushy with extra services that cost extra and also pushy for certain colours. The nail painting wasn’t great as the therapist didn’t paint all the way to the cuticle so it looked like the manicure had already grown out by a week.
