A few months ago I booked and paid for refills & when I came into the salon, AFTER I had the service completed I was told I would need to pay again & the Treatwell payment would eventually be refunded, because they had an issue with this platform due to new management.They demanded this very rudely.
Recently I came in again and they have STILL not fixed the issue and again spoke to me rudely, it is not the customers fault & they should either fix the issue or remove themselves from Treatwell.
