This time was rather frustrating as I turned up for my appointment to be told the person I was booked with had gone home sick (no call to me to reschedule). I had to wait an hour before someone could do my nails. It would have been far more useful if they had called me to arrange a later appointment so I didn't have to wait.

I found the it very relaxing in USA star nails as there was calm music playing and I could watch a TV screen showing city images around the world...but unfortunately I feel quite disappointed with my acrylic infills which look a bit essy (this was my first visit to the salon). The lady that served me was very sweet but I don't think she spoke English, which also made it difficult to communicate what I was after.
