I went for sns and the next day had to return due to two chips and now having to go back a third time as two more are chipped! I was also told I couldn’t come the time that’s works for me, I have to go when they can do it!

Booked off peak time, salon empty. Advertised discount 'Shellac take off and pedicure' understood to mean a shellac pedicure with taking off old varnish. But had to pay £15 extra. More expensive than other salons,too rapid.
