Max the manager was incredibly rude. I ordered shellac manicure with removal. They tried to get me to pay more because they said I didn’t have shellac on but something else (although my prior appointment I had paid for shellac nails so that seemed odd). I had some dirt under 1 of my nails and asked if the nail tech could clean it and she said I hadn’t paid for a manicure (which on the app I had). I was shouted at by the manger infront of others. Awful experience.
