The quality of the manicure/pedicure you get at USA star nails is quite variable and all comes down to who you get. My shellac manicure was average, quite thick and uneven on some nails but considering the price (£25) not too bad. They quite often are running behind schedule but I was served immediately this time 👍🏽

Leaving a review for an old appointment as I phoned and booked this week to go in. What a shocking appointment. First of all the table was lined with thin uncomfortable paper rather than just a clean towel as you would expect of a nail bar. Secondly the stylist used the drill on my acrylics for far too long and I could feel the heat on my fingers, i was so worried the drill would go through! Thirdly the stylist has cut my fingers four times using the file, making me bleed on each attempt so I’ve had very sore fingers for days. I had to ask her to do another coat as the pink was so thin you could see my nail through it. Finally, the stylists were speaking to each other in another language throughout the appointment and frankly I find that abhorrent and rude! I had a less than pleasing experience the first time I came here but it did the job and was cheap so I came back but this was so awful I won’t bother. It’s not worth paying a few quid less to be treated like that.
