The salon's manicure and pedicure were rushed and unhygienic, the manicure and pedicure results were poor. The polish colours was limited, and there were no OPI nail polishes available. The manicure was rushed, cuticles were not pushed back or cut properly, and nails had air bubbles and chipping. Asked to keep their natural nails long, but they were filed down very short. The salon staff kept asking about how I would pay, despite having mentioned that I had paid online before the appointment.

Usually good value for what you get - although the quality recently has dropped and my nails aren't lasting as long/ chipping and peeling off more easily. The cleanliness of the salon is acceptable, but could do with a revisit.

I've been coming to USA star nails for 5 years now, as I've moved around and tried other nail shops, I find myself always coming back to USA star nails because of their friendly and skilled staff. No where else does my nails as well as USA star nails!
