Customer service is always a bit rushed and heavy handed. Staff member cut my finger twice, no acknowledgement or apology.
Very affordable and a gel set is always okay but the service is not great.

The nail that I went in for had broken and an extension was done however the nail was not done properly considering that I had advised that is was too big and wide and longer than the rest. Since new management took over this establishment it has definitely gone down hill. I will be going somewhere else if the service doesn’t improve.

I had a shellac manicure, job was good but felt a little bit rushed and not clean. Also, they accept only cash if you do any extra treatment without having paid on treatwell

Good experience. Clean and pleasant staff. I do have quite hard skin on my feet and did ask for extra time for this but came away and had to finish it at home.
