Good place to know about if you're local to the area. I was a little disappointed with my pedicure - usually the massage is my favourite part but the young man had very jabby fingers and caused pain, I had to ask him to stop! Nice massage chairs though, although they may or may not switch them on for you/show you how to use them so do remember to ask. They offered other customers tea/drinks but nobody offered anything to me, although they were more than happy to bring a drink when I asked. Finish of the mani/pedi both good - the manicurist in particular was very attentive.

Good choice of colours and good value. However the manicurist did not speak English and also did not do the nail skins, so after 6 days my shellac looks like it has outgrown 2 weeks. Cash payment only and nearest cash machine 5 min away.
My fourth shellac manicure here and I'd come back every time. A huge colour choice and lasts 3 weeks without chipping.

If I could give them zero stars I would.
Never before in my life was I forced to leave a venue with my treatment (gel nails) incomplete.
The lady who was doing my treatment behaviour was despicable, and the rest of the staff only collaborated such behaviour, through a continuos refusal to speak in english, when obviously talking about me with each other.
The fun thing they didn't think about was that I actually understand basic mandarin, which made for a very, shall we say illuminating hour.
I shall not mention the conversations had in front of clients (and about them) by the staff at this salon, I will simply say that after the lady had massacred my nails and cuticles with the machine, and casually laughed each time I had to pull my hand away in pain, never once apologising and all the time happily chatting about me to a colleague working in the same table, I simply had too much, and just wanted the treatment done with.
But no such luck, she decided that even tough I had been very clear from the beginning that I did not wanted any nail extensions (and she heard and understood me perfectly, since she put away the box with the nail extensions) she simply had to do it, it was the only way (I've been doing gel nails for about 4 years... No, it really isn't.) and refused to understand why I didn't let her put them.
Let me explain why she wanted to put them, and why she insisted in doing a "re-do" of my nails instead of simple infills which is what I had paid for and booked... Quick & Easy and of course price... your nails are damaged is a nice excuse, (I do gel nails, I know my nails are damaged, its because of the gel, surprise surprise!) and one I will accept for the decision to do a re-do and not infills, (which I accepted and the price change that comes with it) but it simply does not lend itself to putting extensions, which will only damage the nails more. And are a matter of choice completely.
Well after hearing what she thought I couldn't understand her saying, I simply had too much and left with my nails yet to do. (I had already paid through Wahanda) I would like to mention that I went to a different place right afterwards (had to, my nails looked as they felt: massacred) and the lady there, of course felt no need to use extensions and did the work beautifully, while speaking english and remaining professional thought out.
Going to USA Star Nails, was a mistake I do not intend to repeat.
