A lot of confusion when I arrived and had not sure they had the full booking on the system... after a difficult staff had a great pedicure but my manicure had chipped within 24 hours.

I have had my shellac nails done many times in other places and the final effect was much better. This time, the colour I have chosen (black) lookes very washed out and the shellac got ruined after a few hours of me leaving the shop. The young woman who attended me when I arrived was rude and impatient. She didnt want to leave me more than two minutes to choose my colour, she looked pissed off when I have asked her to have one nail with a different colour, and they charged me a extra money to take the previous shellac off, which never happened to me anywhere else before. I won't go back again.

Good place to know about if you're local to the area. I was a little disappointed with my pedicure - usually the massage is my favourite part but the young man had very jabby fingers and caused pain, I had to ask him to stop! Nice massage chairs though, although they may or may not switch them on for you/show you how to use them so do remember to ask. They offered other customers tea/drinks but nobody offered anything to me, although they were more than happy to bring a drink when I asked. Finish of the mani/pedi both good - the manicurist in particular was very attentive.
