I booked a luxury pedicure, which said the treatment should last 1 hour 15 mins.
Firstly when I arrived they didn't seem to have my Wahanda booking, and then the treatment only took 45 minutes and I'm pretty sure I didn't get the treatment that I had booked. The guy doing the treatment had a horrendous customer service manner - I'm not sure if he was trying to be funny but it just came across as rude. Also, he got nail varnish all other my toes and even after clearing it up it looked really smudged.
The only reason I went to this nail salon was because my normal one across the road wasn't open on the bank holiday - but I will certainly not be returning.

This is the perfect place to get your nails done quickly and for a good value. The staff are pleasant and the service is swift.

I've been going to USA nails for a few years. They are excellent value, probably the best in the area. My Manicure and pedicure are always brilliant.

Always like going to USA Nails. It is usually good value for money, however the last time my person was very rushed and didn't seem to be paying much attention. I will go back but make sure I don't get him again.

My last Shellac here lasted four weeks - it was incredible. Great value, my only gripe - which I tried to explain to the Manager - is that you can't book a Shellac removal AND manicure in the same Wahanda booking, it won't let you add both to the basket.
