The guy my pedicure was booked in with was dealing with a his pervious customer when I arrived she was complaining that he had got the shape of her nails wrong and ruin them, he didn't seem very phased so not a great start. I was told to take a seat but didn't say much else to me and was more interested in the pervious customer by this time was complaint to the manager. He barely spoke which is fine but just hit my foot when it was time to change feet - asked what colour I would like and that was it. Pedicure lasted 20 minutes which stated to be an hour appointment. I was then left me for a further 25 minutes to dry I had to ask another member of staff if I was able to go. Uncomfortable experience wouldn't go back!
They seemed a bit too busy. Didn't really feel like they had the time to serve me. But it is not usually like this, so I will definitely go there again. I coundn't put a finger on my mani. All in all a satisfied customer.
I had a shellac manicure before going off on holiday. The colour was actually created by applying two different colours, which was interesting. PLeased with manicure and lady who did it was very careful (even removing it off one of the nails when she wasn't happy with it and starting again). Overall pretty happy.
Generally a good experience and my nails seem to be great. However, some of the staff were a bit abrupt, and several customers returned during my visit to complain about nails breaking/chipping after only a few hours of wear. Really good value though, and my own nails appear to be great so far.
