Sensible to book - it was very busy on a Friday evening. A bit irritating to be unable to book both a shellac removal and manicure in the same Wahanda booking - perhaps that's a Wahanda quirk.
The main guy working at this place is rude and really doesn't care or value his customers, I have been going to this place for years but won't go again as I am fed up of being treated poorly.
This isn't somewhere to go if you want to feel pampered - it's a small, crowded and noisy space and client service is lacking. If you just need something done quickly and don't care about the experience, it would be fine. The chap who did my manicure (I think he might be the owner), kept leaving the table to answer the telephone and organising the others. It's super transactional. When I was sat down for the manicure, the area hadn't been wiped down as I had to put my hands on the previous clients nail clippings. I don't normally get manicure/pedicures so I like to feel it's a treat, this is absolutely not the right place for that and I won't go back again.
