It was not a full hour as stated, more like 40 minutes.
No cuticle work was done.
When they put you in the dryer they don't come back and check or tell you when you can go.
Was also way too busy

I don't have a lot to compare to as this was only my second time at a nail salon in London, and my first time having shellac done. The service was swift and effective. Bought a shellac/manicure which should have lastest an hour, but I was out after 45min. I am not sure if this was due to the effectiveness of the personel or if they hurried me through. Anyway, I love my shellac and will probably go back. It was good worth for the money.

Real lack of customer service and a very rude owner. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes with no assistance and then my treatment was rushed
Am going to come again as I thought the value and quality was very good. I reccomend to people who are local.
