This isn't somewhere to go if you want to feel pampered - it's a small, crowded and noisy space and client service is lacking. If you just need something done quickly and don't care about the experience, it would be fine. The chap who did my manicure (I think he might be the owner), kept leaving the table to answer the telephone and organising the others. It's super transactional. When I was sat down for the manicure, the area hadn't been wiped down as I had to put my hands on the previous clients nail clippings. I don't normally get manicure/pedicures so I like to feel it's a treat, this is absolutely not the right place for that and I won't go back again.
I booked in for a Shellac soak off and mani and was really pleased with the result. Salon was pretty busy when I arrived for my after work appointment so booking is essential! Staff were nice, not very chatty though and although its not the best manicure I have had the value for money and the fact that my appointment only lasted 40mins was a definate plus.
It was not a full hour as stated, more like 40 minutes.
No cuticle work was done.
When they put you in the dryer they don't come back and check or tell you when you can go.
Was also way too busy
