Awful chrome gel/powder manicure. It’s my birthday this weekend and colour is missing on part of one of my nails.Thick! The lady kept wiping the chrome colour off over and over because she did a bad job and then reapplying the varnish! Ignored now!

Can’t justify coming back after being a client for a while unfortunately - they were running 40 minutes late and when I was seen, my “ombré infill” was a block colour plonked at the bottom of my old ombré nails and it looks terrible - cheap and shoddy. If you have to pay more for ombré refill than normal infill, shouldn’t the infill at least be blended?! Anyway, I politely flagged it with my nail technician and their manager, and was offered no rectification or apology.
