Appalling. The finished product is awful, the lady I had rushed the job completely. I can see lines on my nails which shows that the nails were filed too much. Only one coat of nail polish was applied and that didn’t properly dry either. She didn’t cure it under a UV lamp which meant it smudged by the time I got home. After I asked her about it she said a UV lamp isn’t needed. She just couldn’t be bothered. Never going back again! Go at your own discretion.

Really good experience as usual, the technician was lovely and did an amazing job- not quite sure why I had to pay an extra £5 when I had already prepaid for both treatments.

Won’t be back after bad experience. The guy was very rushy and aggressive with my cuticles, to the point where two of my fingers were bleeding for over 20 minutes! And many of them are still sore 2 days later.

It was my first time at USA Star Nails and I won’t be returning. I had SNS removal done and not only they plunged my nails into warm acetone but I had to ask for a second removal as there was still some SNS left on my nails. Soaking my nails in warm acetone for several minutes not only stained and dried out my hands but absolutely ruined my nails. That much that I couldn’t get a SNS done as per initially booked. The manicure I got was so poor that I had to even out the length of my nails myself.
