I had to wait for 45 minutes for my appointment. Terrible time keeping and non-apologetic staff. The man I liaised with glasses with was rude and didn’t acknowledge or care that I’d been sat waiting for nearly an hour post my appointment time.

Worst set of Acrylics i’ve ever had. I opted for pink and white powder with french tip. The powder was applied so thickly and not filed down enough, they look ridiculous. They also were not applied properly as they are already coming away at the base of the nail. The top coat was not applied properly as one of the white tips chipped on the day. The white tips are not even and the nails lengths don’t match! Laughable really.
