Dont go here! Very rude staff, manager is unhelpful and nails dont last. Avoid it if you know what's good for yourself.

Get what you pay for... customer service was poor. End result good but dont go here expecting to be pampered.

Me and my friend wanted to go get our nails done together. I booked mine first expecting to be able to have a normal pedicure at the same time as my friend. It turns out that they could only do the same time if we had different types of pedicures. I went to cancel but then found out that I wouldn’t be able to get a refund which was really annoying. When we got to the salon I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment was meant to be just for the polish to come off about an hour after I left.

Won’t be returning. They called me to changed the time because I had booked it during their busiest hour & wanted to churn more people.
Pros: he did a good job but he over cut one of my cuticles which was bleeding & didn’t apologize
Cons: not clean and cramped. Other customers nails were being flicked on to me while being cut!
Waited between treatments, initially said 10 mins for therapist to finish lunch. After 20mins the first therapist came but got up during to go for a cig break.
