Firstly, I received a call from the salon in the morning delaying my treatment by 1 hour - upon arriving, I still had to wait for 30 minutes before being seen. Despite having a 11:30am appointment initially, I wasn't seen until 12:15pm.
The person who did my nails cut all of my long-ish natural nails off despite me saying I wanted to keep them long. They are short, the filing was uncomfortable and took ages, and they began chipping after 24 hours. Very disappointing.

Awful experience ! Booked in for pedicure and lady who did it didn’t speak English and understand what I was asking for. She was then replaced with a very very young boy who was very sweet but extremely slow and took almost two hours to do the pedicure.!!! They then sent me home before the polish was dry so it instantly smudged. Extremely poorly trained staff and service

Leon was lovely and so attentive, did a fantastic job of my French manicure and will definitely be going back! Very quick and efficient without feeling rushed, would definitely recommend!

Nails look fine but not the most relaxing experience and quite sore at times with little care taken. But finished result is good
