I have asked three times to have my nails almond shaped, and even after showing the technician a photo, they look uneven and the shape is nowhere near almond. Chunky, I had file them.
I visites the salon before and had a good experience, decided to book again but it was a mistake. My friend's shellac is uneven as well, she had to file the extra bits off as well. Her "manicure" we paid for was done only on one hand. The "receptionist" then was trying to get us to pay again even though we paid.

My 9 year old daughter got her toenails clipped, filed and painted with nail polish. This was made to be an enjoyable experience for her. The person who done it was excellent. Very child friendly! I would definitely recommend and will most definitely be returning.

Confusion over pricing, no price list inside, different staff asking me to pay different amounts on top without explanation of why. Took a lot of time to resolve. Would have been simple if there was a printed list. Please change this as it did put me off as a customer and I have been coming for a long time
