The salon was dirty and the staff member who completed my gel manicure was clearly ill and kept wiping his runny nose on his sleeve or hands and then touching my hands and fingers to do the manicure. He didn’t wear any gloves and this was extremely unhygienic. He was also very rough when doing my cuticles, which was very painful. I asked him to be gentler but he continued and even made several of my fingers bleed. I usually have a good experience in this salon but this has really put me off.
