Generally a well done pedicure. The quality of the polish was not great this time but I think that's my fault for straying away from OPI. I would definitely go back.

The worst possible place for a pedicure. The woman who was doing my pedicure cut my foot with a razor so badly that it wouldn't stop bleeding for two hours, I had to go to the doctor to get them to check I didn't need stitches. There was no apology from the Manager who laughed at me, and didn't care at all. There was so healthy and safety at all, and they didn't clean up the blood from my foot (sorry to be graphic) on the floor. This was the worst possible experience and the waiting time went from 5 minutes to 35 minutes when I arrived, which none of the staff told me about. Don't go here. I don't review places normally and hate to say negative things but this place is terrible and un-hygenic, the staff do not know what they are doing.
When I turned up on time for my appointment I was told that the staff member who was supposed to be treating me had not arrived yet. I waited for over half an hour before giving up and rearranging for later that day - only then was I told that the member of staff had not even known about my appointment until I had turned up and they had no idea when she would arrive. When I was finally seen it was okay.
