They normally do a great job, however the shellac peeled off the tips strangely by Day 3 last time I went, thought I'd go this time for a normal polish but they seemed to have put me with a male manicurist who appeared to be very new at it and so not the best set of nails this time round either! My past experiences have been great though - cannot always have it your way I guess! But I would go back, as cheap, cheerful and quick!

This is the worst waxing experience I have had, after having to wait 25 minutes for my appointment I was almost ordered downstairs to a smelly treatment room by an incredibly rude and impersonal employee. Not only was she rude but she was incredibly rough and almost aggressive whilst doing the wax, leaving me very sore. There were no niceties, I wasn't given the pleasure of undressing in private, the wax was far too hot but she simply slapped it on without asking if the temperature was okay. The wax itself was painful, badly done and I've been left with patches and very sore skin. Overall an absolutely awful experience and I definitely will not be returning, I would urge people to look elsewhere for waxing treatments, the value for money was appalling and the service was shockingly bad.
